INKPRINT KP06 Series Pad Printing Machines

INKPRINT KP06 is a middle size dimention pad printing machine in the Comec Italia range. The INKPRINT KP06 is manufactured with top quality materials according to an advanced technology design.The result is a pad printer of unbeatable reliability. The sealed inking systemeanble changes to be made quickly and gives an ink saving of over 50%.

The system also eliminates the release of fumes from solvents in the ink, thus making the print shop a pleasanter, healthier place to work in. INKPRINT KP06 as an electropneumatic functioning controlled by microprocessor and operator interface with backlighted display for the management of the process variables. The main functions are made in ergonomic way. The software allows to work in single cycle automatically or manually. When the machine works in manual way, the operator can select separately all the printing movements necessary for any new job. Electric inputs and outputs are suitable if the machine has to be assembled on automatic printing line.

The software has the possibility to let the machine have the following functions:

• Possibility to add a second pause before picking up the ink from the cliches.
• Possibility to add a second pause before print on the piece separately for each color.
• Possibility to adjust the sequence of the down movement of the pads depending on the print on the piece.
• Possibility to adjust with seconds the loading/unloading of the piece time when working in automatic cycle, without modifing the speed of the axes and the printing pauses.
• Possibility to increase or decrease separately the pressure of the pads on cliches and or on the piece changing separately the pressure of each pad.
• Possibility to use: RR cycle to print the second color, pneumatic rotating table, pneumatic transfer at 2 positions, automatic pad cleaning device and eventual automatic loader or unloader of the pieces if available on the machine.
• Progressive piece counter resettable from the operator.
• Count Down programmable with machine stop at reaching of desired production.
• Date and time.
• Possibility to select language on display: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German.

INKPRINT KP06 is easy to operate and require no special maintenance and its ideal for small to medium production runs. To the machine is possible to add optional devices as: rotary table, hot air driers on the pad, automatic and programmable pad cleaning system, corona or flaming treatments, pick and place to load and unload pieces.
