COMEC XP10 Series Pad Printing Machines

XP-10 Electropneumatic functioning pad printing machine controlled electronically. The prints are very high quality and with high precision even when the print is on irregular surfaces and when the print is a four color process.

• The set up of the machine is very easy, because the holding cliché base and the holding piece table are moving on guides with micrometrical regulation and ±5° and ±15° rotation.
• All the moving pieces slide on tempered guides with runners. All the pieces feeding functions and devices are adjustable directly from the main board.
• The pressure adjustments and the pads strokes on the piece are independent with self- learning of the data and they are showed on the main board.
• The 4/5 colors XP-10 is assembled with new hermetically sealed inkcups diameter 110 mm with printing area diameter 95mm. The electronic controlling of the horizontal axis allows printing in different positions even on large surfaces.
• The maintenance is very simple. All the machines are built to CE norms with safety protections.
