Pad Printing Steel and Polymer Cliches
There are three main types of printing cliches on pad printing. Thick steel cliches for long runs, Thin steel plates for best printing quality and optimum cliche life, polimer cliches for fast sample requests.
Companies can produce their own cliches by using polimer plates. Steel cliches are etched by our company. We can supply free of charge sample cliche for international customers, in order to check the printing quality, cliche life, scraping quality, colour accuracy on PANTONE and RAL colours. Ordering thin steel cliches is very easy: Send your file containing your artwork by e-mail. The file should be a vector file such as .cdr, .ai, .fh, .pdf, .dxf, extentions. Please mention your machine type, open or closed cup, cliche size, necessary layout of image, substrate type & colour and printing colour.
