Rubber - Balloon 7800 Screenprinting Ink.
Gloss finish, jet drying, screen printing ink for printing on natural rubber and caoutchouc, like balloons and swim-ming-caps etc.
After drying RB 7800 inks are very flexible with a good elongation of the dried ink film. RB 7800 prints are waterproof and therefore suitable for printing bathing-caps.
Before printing, see to it that the to be printed surface is clean.
The RB 7800 ink dries by evaporation of the solvents. Air dried, the ink is touch dry after 15 - 30 min. and can be piled up after about 30 - 60 minutes. Forced drying by means of jet drying is possible.
Balloons have to be printed inflated. Don’t deflate the balloons before the ink is touch dry.
Colour range: RB 7800 inks are available on request in limited number of colours.
