Comec Inkprint XE20 1C Pad Printing Machine

XE20 is designed to develop pad printing and reduce the work as much as possible with its modern exterior and new techonology.
All the know-how for increasing print quality and production performance has been transferred to KE20 series with more than 40 years of machine production and printing experience.Brushless motors used in the XE20 series provide 25-30% speed increase compared to standard pneumatic systems, as well as position precision in point size prints.
The movement of -X and its axes are provided by brushless motors connected to endless screws.All horizontal and vertical movements of the pads, base and feeder unit are set by the industrial PC in the control console.
The adjustable positioning accuracy of the print at the touch screen is 0.01mm.
All the ink receiving and printing values of the prints are stored on the PC so that the switching time from one print to the next is shortened.

XE20 is 1-5 colors machine and has a wide range of products which can be sliding for long prints when necessary. The diameter of the ink trays are 200 mm.

The machines are prepared in accordance with your special printing purposes; special design changes according to your requests are possible.
