Possible other causes and suggested solutions are as follows:<br><strong><br>Pad based causes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pad surface may be damaged: The pad must be replaced or the damaged area must be kept at outside of the print area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pad can be very flat: conical type pad should be used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pad can be very soft: hard type pad should be used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clich\u00e9 based causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An error may have occurred due to bad pickling or contamination during clich\u00e9 preparation: the clich\u00e9 must be rebuilt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ink based causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The ink may be too thick: try printing again by adding some thinner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Material based causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The surface of the material may be rough: a suitable pad for the rough surface should be used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surface of the material may be dirty; pre-cleaning with alcohol should be applied to the material surface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ink may be contaminated with silicone or oil: the ink should be replaced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If the pores are large and generally in the same area, the pad and the clich\u00e9 should be checked for damage and replaced if necessary&#8230;..
