Possible causes and suggested solutions are as follows.<br><br><strong>Pad based causes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pad shape may not be appropriate, try different shaped pads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clich\u00e9 based causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clich\u00e9 type may not be suitable: use of steel clich\u00e9 causes less ink accumulation than polymer clich\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The clich\u00e9 depth may be wrong: a new clich\u00e9 should be prepared at the appropriate depth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The transmitter type may be incorrect: a new clich\u00e9 should be prepared with a different transmitter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clich\u00e9 placement may be wrong: Printing of the long lines in the design should be tried by rotating the clich\u00e9s in different directions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ink based causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ink may be too thin; the amount of thinner added to the ink must be reduced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ink may be too thick: the amount of thinner added to the ink must be increased.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ink-additive ratios may not be appropriate: the ink mixture must be prepared at the correct ratio before being placed in the ink tray.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Material based causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The surface of the material may be deformed: a suitable type of pad should be used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On open ink tray machines the stripping blade may be too soft: a suitable stripping blade and ink tray should be used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is usually occur when large surfaces are printed&#8230;..
