{"id":15312,"date":"2024-09-13T17:07:45","date_gmt":"2024-09-13T17:07:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tri.com.tr\/en\/?p=15312"},"modified":"2024-09-21T11:07:02","modified_gmt":"2024-09-21T11:07:02","slug":"print-is-fuzzy-or-the-lines-are-not-sharp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tri.com.tr\/en\/technical-support\/print-is-fuzzy-or-the-lines-are-not-sharp\/","title":{"rendered":"Print is fuzzy or the lines are not sharp"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Possible causes and solution of the problem of blurring in lines and text with imprecise printing&#8230;..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Possible causes of blurring in lines and text with imprecise printing and suggested solutions:<br><br><strong>Pad based causes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pad may be too soft; use a pad harder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The shape of the pad may be incorrect: different shaped pads should be tried.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clich\u00e9 based causes:<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incorrect raster may have been used in the clich\u00e9: the clich\u00e9 should be retried with different raster.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clich\u00e9 is too deep: try printing again with a new clich\u00e9 with less depth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wrong type of clich\u00e9: a suitable type of clich\u00e9 should be used, e.g. steel clich\u00e9 should be used instead of polymer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ink based causes:<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The ink may be too thick: try printing again by adding some thinner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ink may be drying slowly: try again using a faster drying thinner or by reducing the printing speed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Material based causes:<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Surface of the material may be dirty; pre-cleaning should be applied to the material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The surface of the material may be rough or chipped: another type of material should be used. If this is not possible, a harder pad is recommended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the material surface is uneven: a special shaped pad and pad connection should be used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Print very close to the edge of the material; the device must be prepared to prevent the pad slipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other causes:<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The printing elements may not be stable enough; high speeds cause the pad to flicker. Anew mechanism must be created to reduce the speed.
