Possible causes and suggested solutions are as follows.<br><br><strong>Pad based causes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This problem can be caused by very hard pad: a soft pad should be used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The pad may be worn, the surface may be rough and porous: the pad should be renewed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clich\u00e9 based causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The depth of clich\u00e9 can be high: less deep clich\u00e9 should be prepared. Or the pause time of the pad on the clich\u00e9 and\/or material should be increased.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During the preparation of clich\u00e9, the first exposure time may be long: a new Clich\u00e9 with a shorter first exposure time must be prepared.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clich\u00e9 image may be prepared without a raster, or with a raster which is not appropriate to the image: the design should be applied to the appropriate raster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ink based causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ink may be too thin, thinner ratio must be decreased.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ink may dry slowly; fast thinner should be used or the pause time of the pad on the clich\u00e9 must be increased.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Material based causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The surface of the material may be glossy (glass, etc.): the surface should be cleaned, or a suitable ink penetrating the material should be used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other causes<br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8211; Pad pressure may be excessive: pad printing pressure on clich\u00e9 and material should be reduced.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This problem is usually observed at the pad surface before printing to the piece&#8230;..
