Easy Color Exchange

Up to 50% saving in ink consumption with closed ink cups.
The hermetic system, which uses a 160 mm diameter closed ink chamber
with a ceramic stripping ring, makes color changes easy.

Extra ink can be saved using 130mm, 110mm, 90mm, 70mm, 60mm ink trays for small prints instead of 160mm trays when desired.

The closed tray ink system saves up to 50% ink during the exchange and also increases the life of the cliche with ceramic strippersBecause the reservoir prevents the evaporation of solvents in the ink, it makes the printing environment more healthy.

Easy Transfer to Two Color Printing

Thanks to the conversion kits required for 1 or 2 color printing, the two-color purchased machine can be used in monochrome for larger prints with a 160 mm tray, which can be replaced by removing 130 mm trays.

The monochrome purchased machine can be converted into a two-color machine with two color kits in the future if desired.

General Information

INKPRINT EAZY 160 Pad Printing Machine’s  adjustment table MVTC140L,  has the ability to be precisely adjusted on the , X-Y-Z-R axes.

The monochrome Eazy 160 Pad Printing Machines are available with 160 mm diameter closed ink trays and 180 × 360 mm standard cliche size, two color machines with 130 mm diameter closed ink trays and 150 × 300 mm standard cliche sizes.

(*)The pad group and the ink tray are moved by two independent pneumatic cylinders.

By this way, printing can be done on larger parts than on machines with a single pneumatic cylinder.
